Entree #1 Cornish Game Hen $14.95
A split Cornish game hen is marinated in lemon, white wine, rosemary, sage, and garlic, then roasted. Served with au gratin potatoes and vegetables.
Entree #2 Dover Sole $14.95
Layer of fresh Dover Sole is filled with Swiss chard, leeks, and carrots, then baked. Served with white wine sauce, a side of au gratin potatoes, and vegetables.
Entree #3 Mushroom Ragu $13.95
This ragu is made with a mix of fresh and dried mushrooms, shallots, and herbs. Served with au gratin potatoes and vegetables.
 
All entrees come with a choice of soup or salad and bread.
